Iranian 1st VP Es'hagh Jahangiri, in his congratulatory message, expressed hope that ties of brotherhood among the Muslim Ummah become strengthened and violence and terrorism are eradicated in Ramadan.
He also noted that assistance of God and life-inspiring teachings of Islam need to be exploited to this end.
