34th Fajr Intl. Theater fest. announces nominees

TEHRAN, Feb. 01 (MNA) – The jury panel for the 34th edition of Fajr International Theater Festival (FITF) has announced the nominees for the international section.

The jury panel comprising Stefan Schmid from Germany, Jerzy Limon from Poland, Oleg Loevski from Russia, and Masoud Delkhah and Farrindokht Zahedi from Iran have announced the nominees for the international section of the 34th Fajr International Theater Festival.

The list of nominees in eight categories are as follows:

 

Best Makeup Artist:

Maria Hajiha for ‘Crime and Punishment’, Iran

Samin Salek for ‘When We Dead Awaken’, Iran

 

Best Music:

Ali Sina Rezania for ‘Dance of Death’, Iran

Music band for ‘Cenmar Sacrifice Seance’, Iran

Ankido Daresh for ‘Crime and Punishment’, Iran

 

Best Clothes Designer:

Soudeh Sharhi for ‘Crime and Punishment’, Iran

Rouhollah Emami for ‘A Song for You’, Iran

Ehsasn Falahatpisheh for ‘A Journy to the Farthest Away’, Iran

 

Best Stage Design:

Mohamad Mosavat for ‘Beizai’, Iran

Reza Gouran for ‘Night Sings its Songs’, Iran

Iman Afsharian for ‘Crime and Punishment’, Iran

 

Best Actor:

Amin Ebrahimi for ‘A Song for You’, Iran

Navid Mohammadzadeh, ‘Night Sings its Songs’, Iran

Sadegh Malek for ‘The Marriage of Mr. Mississippi’, Iran

Winners will be announced during the closing ceremony of the festival at Vahdat Hall on February 1.
