Secretary of Iran Nanotechnology Initiative Council (INIC) Saeed Sarkar told Mehr News correspondent that Iran’s National Day of Nanotechnology will be held in China in order to introduce Iranian technology to the Chinese, as well as using China as a platform to enter global markets and offer the country’s nano-products to the world through China.
Noting that 10 Iranian nanotechnology companies will attend the event in China, Sarkar added that one of the missions between Iran and China in nanotechnology cooperation is to pave the way for developed Iranian nanotechnology products to be incorporated in Chinese industries; “therefore, China’s investment in Iranian technologies could be a positive step toward our progress,” he said.
Sarkar also added that Iran will hold a meeting with a number of industrialists in China to set the stage for further cooperation with that country.
Earlier in October, Iran Nanotechnology Educational Laboratories Network held an educational workshop in Suzhou, China, to introduce the capable student laboratories and train the Chinese teachers.
Iran Nanotech China Center (INCC) started its work in May 2015 in order to extend cooperation in the field of nanotechnology between Iran and China.
