Ahsan announced that some issues remain for defending her client against charges, noting that the defense would take place in the next session.
She added that the date of the next session of investigation has not been announced by the Islamic Revolution Court.
Three previous sessions for Rezaian's trial were held in May, June and July in a Revolutionary Court on charges including espionage and distributing propaganda against the Islamic Republic.
Working as Washington Post's journalist, Jason Rezaian is an American-Iranian citizen who was detained on July 2014 in Tehran along with his wife and two photojournalists. All were later released except the correspondent of Washington Post.
