Iran is attending the 59th International Belgrade Book Fair hosted by China from October 26 to November 2 with 100 book titles.
International Belgrade Book Fair, with 897 participants, 494 of them direct exhibitors and 446 represented companies is the oldest, largest and best visited literary event in the Southeast Europe.
In addition to the Chinese publishers' editions, the works of the participants from Iran, Australia, Russia, Brazil, Germany, Spain, Japan, Bosnia, India and Austria are available for the visitors of the Book Fair.
Among the Iranian books presented at this fair one can mention On Iranian Literature in the Past (Persian-English) by Abdol-Hossein Zarrinkoub, From Sa'di to Aragon (French) by Javad Hadidi, and Pig's Bone and Leper's Hands (Russian) by Mostafa Mastour.
The 59th International Belgrade Book Fair will be held from October 26 to November 2, 2014 in the halls of the Belgrade Fair. The eight-day long Fair was officially opened on Sunday, October 26.
India will appear as the next Guest of Honor Country Belgrade Book Fair 2015.
