Female sprinter Fasihi wins gold at Budapest event

TEHRAN, Feb. 03 (MNA) – Female sprinter Farzaneh Fasihi from Iran won a gold medal at the Budapest Régió Fedettpályás Bajnokság.

She finished in first place in the women’s 60m with a time of 7.31 seconds, according to a report by Tehran Times. 

Hungarian sprinters Anna Bognar and Anna Luca Kocsis finished in second and third place with the time of 7.56 and 7.59, respectively, the report added.

Fasihi has represented Iran at the 2020 and 2024 Olympic Games.
