Gaza hospital attack marked end of Zionist regime: Raeisi

TEHRAN, Oct. 18 (MNA) – President Ebrahim Raeisi said in a big Pro-Gaza rally in the capital Tehran Wednesday that last night's Zionist Israeli regime airstrike on the Al-Ahli hospital in Gaza Strip marked the beginning of the end of the regime.

At the start of this address to the huge rally in downtown Tehran, which was held to condemn the Zionist Israeli regime's Tuesday night attack on the Al-Ahli Al-Arabi Hospital in Gaza, President Ebrahim Raeisi offered sincere condolences to the Iranian national and the entire freedom-seeking people in the world.

"The end of the Zionist regime began with the attack on the hospital," Raeisi said.

"With every drop of blood of Palestinians that is being shed, the Zionist regime gets one step closer to collapse," he noted.

The president went through a short history of the Palestinian nation's struggle against the usurping regime, noting that the struggle began with rocks and now has ended up in missiles.

The president further noted that the Palestinians never stopped their Resistance, saying that they were a resistant nation that rose up to defend their rights in different Intifadas.

He went on to highlight that with the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran, the Palestinian Resistance became even more resolved to gain their rights.

Raeisi continued to say that the Palestinian Resistance's latest action, namely Al-Aqsa Storm Operation was a big defeat for the Zionist regime.

"Besides Mossad, 6 other intelligence services support the Zionist regime" the president noted, adding that, "The Zionist regime cannot make up for its defeat with its crimes."

He continued to underscore that anger and hatred towards the Zionist regime and the United States is hugely on the rise after the recently launched brutal aggression on Gaza Strip, stressing that there is a global condemnation of the regime and its US backers that grows more and more as time passes.

The president said the mere global condemnation of the Gaza hospital attack is not enough, stressing that "Today, Muslim nations are waiting for an effective action."
