The National Iranian basketball team defeated the Polish rivals 80 to 66. The Iranian players defeated their European opponent in the first to third quarters with 24-13, 20-16 and 16-12 results, but they only lost the fourth quarter with 25-20.
The Iranian team, who defeated Australia's Sydney Kings yesterday, will take on the US representative in the third and final match of the group stage.
The Atlas Basketball Challenge held by Atlas Sports of China kicked off on yesterday July 17 and will go on until 21.
The Iranians have participated in the competitions to prepare for 2018 Jakarta Asian competitions and Asian World Cup Qualifiers.
