Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab-African Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian made the remarks in a meeting with his German counterpart Markus Ederer at the German foreign ministry on Wednesday.
Pointing to Berlin's positive approach in settling regional crises, Amir-Abdollahian stressed both countries had common viewpoints when it came to a realistic political solution of the crises in Middle East.
Iranian diplomat reiterated that boosting bilalteral consultations could result in an effective and constructive cooperation.
Amir-Abdollahian outlined Tehran's viewpoints on the regional crises, including Syria, Iraq and Yemen, pointing to the ever-growing threats by Takfiri and extremist terrorism on the global scene.
German deputy FM, for his part, expressed concern over the ongoing crises in Syria and Yemen as well as the growing terrorist activists in those countries.
"Iranian nuclear agreement paved the way for cooperation between Germany and Iran in establishing peace and stability in the Mideast," Ederer said.
He also underlined the importance of continuing bilateral cooperation to resolve the regional crisis in affected countries.
Iranian deputy FM, who held talks on Wednesday with German chancellery officials on the latest developments in the Middle East, is scheduled to depart Germany on Thursday for political meetings in Switzerland.
