Afshin Mollaei exchanged views with a number of heads of federations of various countries on how to further enhance public sport among the people.
He also inked MoUs with officials from other countries to conduct joint programs to develop the public sport.
More than 300 participants from 52 countries have partaken in the congress held in Portorož, Slovenia.
