Missile Iran’s defensive shield, no talk over it: Rezaei

TEHRAN, Nov. 12 (MNA) – former IRGC commander in chief posted a message on his Instagram account rejecting any chance of negotiation over Iran’s missile program.

“We negotiated over the nuclear issue because we never had an intention to make an atomic bomb but about the missiles, we intend to make them to defend ourselves and hence negotiation over it is meaningless,” wrote Mohsen Rezaei on his in a message on his Instagram account on Sunday.

The former IRGC chief commander who is currently serving as the secretary of Iran's expediency council posted the message in reaction to the media hype created against Iran’s defensive missile program.

French President Emmanuel Macron took anti-Iran positions during his visits to Persian Gulf states of UAE and Saudi Kingdom. During his visit to UAE, French president attended the opening ceremony of Emeriti Louvre which brought $520 million for the French just for Abu Dhabi to use the Louvre name.

“We are willing to sit at negotiations over nuclear disarming of Israel or the region free from nuclear weapons but missiles are our defensive shields and if undermined we will get weak in defending ourselves,” concluded Mr. Rezaei his post.
