Datis Co. resolves Volvo's after-sales service problems in Iran

TEHRAN, Oct. 03 (MNA) – Milad Alinaghi, CEO of Datis Khodro, as the only standard Volvo repair service provider in Iran, announced that the Volvo's after-sales service problems has been resolved for Iranian customers.

Following the entry of Volvo's modern sedans in Iranian market and failing to provide proper after sales service over the past years, Datis Khodro, as the exclusive distributor of Germany’s Volvo Hecha Sportio, could manage to provide the whole Volvo car repair services in Iran.

Milad Alinaghi, who with the launch of the first specialized repair shop for hybrid cars in Iran, had already gotten Datis Khodro into the limelight as a green transportation support provider and an eco-friendly complex in Iran, told Mehr News about the offering of all the repair services required for Volvo sedans in the country by Datis Khodro’s specialized repair shop.

“After the gap created in importing Volvo's sedans to Iran, on the one hand, and reducing the level of satisfaction of Volvo holders with after-sales services in Iran, Datis Co. took important steps to equip, train and provide standard repair services to Volvo cars,” Alinaghi noted.

Pointing to importing Volvo’s main parts to Iran and equipping the Datis Khodro’s Auto Repair Center with a variety of Volvo repair tools, CEO of Datis Khodro said the company is the only specialized repair shop in the country that provides Volvo's standard services to Iranian customers at the lowest price.
