The world is bitter and harsh, and the powerful want peace to strengthen their war capacity, said Brigadier General Hossein Salami, the second-in-command of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), on Saturday.
He maintained that the big powers of the world have no principle of peace and their tranquility lies in storing enough weaponry to be able to destroy the whole world.
‘Insecurity only matters when it is about their neighborhood, as they wish to see the rest of the world destabilized and impoverished,’ highlighted the IRGC commander, ‘this is how they wish to see the world and to fulfill this horrific objective, they have plans and strategies,’ he continued.
Salami asserted that the Middle East has been the canonical point of attention for the arrogant powers of the world and somehow all the major wars of the last 37 years have been in this region.
In all these wars, the US and its allies have been the moving drive behind all the wars of the region and battleground of these wars have always been the land of Islamic countries, noted the veteran commander.
The US and Israel have attacked 14 Islamic countries over the last 40 years and bombarded Muslims, Salami held adding that the US has been triggered the 7 of these wars and the fate of Muslims is still opaque.
He articulated that occupation of Islamic countries and burying Muslim nations under the debris of their homes have been the frequent facts of the contemporary world and may even last in the future.
There is one conclusion out of all of these events; whenever there is a power imbalance between two neighboring countries, the more powerful attacks the weaker one.
Salami maintained that whenever a more powerful country invades a weaker one, no international organization or institution can stop the one who feels strong.
Unfair, illogical, and blind wars, and anarchy are the main features of the world proud of civilization, he expressed sorrow.
With no reasoning, excuse, or clear logic, just because of feeling powerful, Saudi regime attacks Yemen, and the same way, the northern neighbor of Iraq deploys its troops to Iraqi land, said Salami.
The General reassured that the enemies of the Islamic Republic of Iran are surely trying to infiltrate but they are always blocked by the cast iron defensive measures of Iran’s intelligence and military organizations.
Referring to the confusion of the US and other supporters of the Takfiri terrorists, Salami held that the US and its allies are trapped in a situation with no strategy to get out of it.
