Amin Salari, the Head of Union of Aerospace Industries of Iran told Mehr News on Monday that Chitgar artificial lake would host the exhibition since it had the space for 2-12 people planes and helicopters to maneuver; “foreign and domestic companies, government companies active in aerospace industry, and other airlines will participate in the exhibition; foreign companies coming to exhibition have expertise in repair and maintenance, manufacture, and airport facilities, and will predictably visit the exhibition along with their experts,” he added.
“The exhibition will host 15 training workshops and 3 specialist seminars; a competition will also be held in topics of ‘Drone and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Design and Innovation,’ ‘Flying Robots with Checking and Neutralizing Mission,’ and ‘Operation Flying Robots with Maximum Flight Endurance,’” Salari told Mehr News.
The exhibition will be held November 25-27 with close cooperation of presidential deputy for science and technology, union of Aerospace Industries of Iran, Iran’s Civil Aviation Organization, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Mines, Foreign Ministry, Presidential Office for Technological Cooperation, Iran’s Chamber of Commerce, Aerospace Industrial Organization (AIO), Iranian Airports Holding Company (IAC), Tehran IRGC Sarallah Headquarters, IRI Army, IRGC, and other relevant organizations.
