Australian playwright and screenwriter David Williamson, Indian playwright, screenwriter and director Feroz Abbas Khan, and Korean writer/director Gina Kim are the other members of the jury.

Nominees for the nine categories of the APSA will be selected from 212 film entries coming from 43 countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

In addition, Iranian filmmaker Mohammad Atebbai is a member of a jury that will determine the winner of the APSA NETPAC Development Prize, which is presented by the Network for the Promotion of Asian Cinema (NETPAC) to an emerging filmmaker from among the APSA nominees.
