Scores of educational and cultural officials, artists, and cinematic figures attended the ceremony.
Parviz Sheikhtadi’s “Red Chest” received the Gold Statute while the Silver Statute went to Moharram Zeinalzadeh’s “The Ugly Boy” in Children’s Feature-Length Movies section.
Italian entry “Post This” presented with the Honorary Diploma while the jury didn’t recognize any movie to be qualified for the Gold and Silver statutes in Family Short Films section.
In Family Feature-Length Films section, Iranian director Puran Derakhshandeh won the Gold Statue for her “Damp Dream”.
“Oasis” co-directed by Alireza Parsa and Massud Ahmadi received the Gold Statute and “Two Minutes and Thirty-Sixth Frame”, the co-product of a group of Iranian and Australian students, was awarded the Silver Statute in Fiction Films section.

Talking at the ceremony, the festival’s secretary said that about 500 domestic works and 396 foreign works from 58 countries were sent to the secretariat.
The selection board gave the green light to 160 films, Ahmad Julaii added.
According to the poll conducted by the festival’s officials, almost 15,000 boys, 20,000 girls, and 4,000 families attended the event.
