Iranian light crude prices hit new record high

TEHRAN, Nov. 20 (MNA) – Iran’s light crude oil demonstrated a new record high figure by approaching $65 per barrel in the week leading to November 10.

The prices of Iranian light crude oil rose by $3.78 and reached $63.82 per barrel in the week leading to November 10, while the average price for light crude oil was $50.79 per barrel since the beginning of 2017.

Heavy crude oil price in the same period increased by $2.82 and surged to $6.15 per barrel. OPEC basket price reached $61.66 cents, indicating 2.94 cents increase compared to the previous week.

WTI crude oil prices rose by 2.45 cents per barrel and reached $57.05. In the meantime, Brent crude oil price increased by 3.40 cents and mounted up to 64.24 cents per barrel.

Dubai and Oman crude oil prices are respectively $61.67 and $61.71 per barrel, indicating an upswing of $2.90 and $3.01.
