President Hassan Rouhani of the Islamic Republic of Iran felicitated the Independence Day of the Republic of Chad to his Chadian counterpart Idriss Déby.
"I sincerely congratulate Your Excellency and the the nation of Chad on the anniversary of the Independence Day of the country.
I hope that in the light of joint efforts we can witness continuing and growing bilateral relations and cooperation for the highest benefits and interests of the two Muslim and brotherly countries in all fields, he added.
"He wished for health and success of His counterpart, as well as prosperity and happiness of Chadian nation.
