Syrian armed forces neutralize terrorist attacks in three areas

DAMASCUS, May 21 (MNA) – The Syrian Armed forces, with ground units and the support of the aviation, neutralized terrorist attacks and infiltrations of these groups in the provinces of Deir Ezzor, Hama and Sweida.

According to military sources, the aviation bombarded areas near to the city of Deir Ezzor from which members of the ISIL had launched repeated attacks against several quarters and the airport.

The ISIL lost nearly 150 elements in recent combats where 20 Syrian soldiers died, and ISIL managed to withdraw but this time the aviation annihilated refugees and half a dozen of military vehicles.

While in Hama, a province located 210 kilometers north of Damascus, units of the Army pushed back attacks of the so-called Army of the Conquest in the localities of Gebret al Nakhuos, Aydoun and Salamiya.

In accordance with the reports the group suffered at least 10 casualties and six injured men, in addition to the destruction of warlike equipment during the clashes.

In Sweida, to approximately 100 kilometers south of the Syrian capital, groups of the Popular Defense annihilated half a dozen of terrorists that tried to introduce weapons and ammunitions close to Kou Hadar, along with the border with Jordan.
