Regarding the new nature of the topic, the extent of scientific fields, and the increasing need for exchange and development of new ideas in the field, the 3rd conference will try to identify the adverse effects of sanctions on the international community and to set the ground for the emergence of potential international scientific fronts against the sanctions.
Notably, despite lack of any governmental support, the first and second conferences were held and received considerable reflection.
