The agreement which was signed by Secretary of the Cognitive Science and Technology Council of Iran Kamal Kharrazi and head of the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development, includes seven articles and eight provisions arranged in three languages, Persian, Portuguese and English.
The agreement aims at exchanging researchers, scholars and students, organizing scientific seminars, identifying the importance of expansion of technological and scientific cooperation between the two countries and holding related meetings.
