Qashqavi asked the Canadian foreign minister to take a “logical look at the situation and developments”.
The spokesman said Iran has always tried to be patient in its relations with Canada but it seems that the Canadian officials “see no boundary in doing services for their masters.”
“We do not value statements by the young and inexperienced foreign minister of Canada who does not know about foreign policy,” Qashqavi declared in a statement.
Qashqavi said Canada as a British colony which is ruled through a governor is not qualified to make judgment about a country like Iran with an ancient civilization and old history.
“Unfortunately, some Canadian officials, through their unmeasured statements and in line with doing a service to their masters, say something which only deserves themselves.”
Qashqavi added Canada’s hostile approach toward Iran is akin to intrinsic nature of human rights violators.
The official said Canada through occupation of the land of the aborigines and extensive violation of their rights as well as breaching the rights of minorities is portraying itself as defender of human rights.
