During the meeting, Amir-Abdollahian evaluated the growing trend of bilateral relations, especially after the visit of Iran's president to Nicaragua and the agreements reached between the two presidents, expressing hope that these agreements will be implemented as soon as possible.
The Nicaraguan foreign minister, for his part, stated that Palestine, from Nicaragua's point of view, means dignity, honor, and humanity.
He added that what was evident in the Tehran conference on Palestine was the fact that all the participating countries, despite their cultural and ideological differences, had a similar opinion regarding the cause of Palestine.
Denis Moncada also emphasized the will of the Nicaraguan government to develop and expand bilateral relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
