Sanaei made the remarks while addressing Iran-Russia Cultural-Social Conference in Ufa of the Republic of Bashkortostan in Russia.
He reiterated that “the Iranian president has different comprehensive plans for the expansion of relations between Tehran and Moscow. He underlined that holding similar conferences would pave the path for dialogues and communications between governments and nations of the two sides.
Iran’s ambassador to Moscow pointed to numerous achievements in the ties between the two countries in various areas adding “all infrastructures and conditions for the expansion of all-out relations between Iran and Russia have been formed.”
Sanaie reiterated that President Rouhani in his second term in office will make more efforts to further expand joint collaborations between Iran and Russia.
The official also voiced satisfaction towards holding dialogues between representatives of various state, cultural, economic, scientific, academic and scholarly sectors of the two countries.
Referring to the growth in tourism industry between Tehran and Moscow, Sanaei expressed hope that presence of tourists increased in Republic of Bashkortostan given its vast cultural and religious commonalities with Iran.
At the end of his remarks, the envoy voiced optimism that the third edition of the conference will be held in an Iranian city in the near future.
The two-day Iran-Russia Cultural-Social Conference was held with a focus on politics and youth, coordination of relations between nations and religions as well as tourism cooperation.
