Mr. Rouhani’s congratulatory phone call came on March 21 where he assured the Leader of the continuing Resistance Economy policies so dearly held by Ayatollah Khamenei as a remedy to the economic woes and the recession and stagnation which had hit the economy even with the implementation of the JCPOA.
In the phone call, Rouhani also suggested national unity to bring a modest level of advancement to the country, with no less valuable recommendations by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution which Rouhani had alluded to in many of its speeches. “Economic growth, more jobs, especially for the young cohort will best be informed by your guidelines as ever,” Rouhani said, to which Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei congratulated back to Rouhani the Persian News Year’s Eve and to the whole nation as well.
