Istanbul to host Iran’s investment opportunities seminar

ANKARA, Feb. 21 (MNA) – A seminar on investment opportunities in Iran will kick off in Istanbul on February 25, an Iranian embassy official in Turkey said in Ankara on Saturday.

According to IRNA, Mohammad-Kazem Maleki said that the trade department of Iran’s embassy in Turkey, the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (TPOI), the governor general’s office of East Azarbaijan Province of Iran, and the association of Turkey’s industrialists and businessmen have organized the seminar in Istanbul.

 

He added that a 100-member Iranian delegation will come to Turkey for the one-day seminar.

 

During the seminar, 350 officials from the two countries will review the investment opportunities in Iran, especially in the East Azarbaijan Province.

 

According to Maleki, Alireza Ahmad Beigi, East Azarbaijan Province’s governor general, Mohammad-Ali Zeighami, a TPOI official, and Iran’s Ambassador to Turkey Bahamn Hosseinpur will attend the seminar.
