Qassam issues new message on Israeli prisoners

In a video message about the Israeli prisoners in Gaza, Qassam said that "If the aggression stops, the Israeli prisoners will return alive."

"If the war continues, their fate will remain unknown," the Qassam added.

"Each day Netanyahu remains in power may mean a new coffin," the resistance groups added.

"The decision is yours," concluded the message.
