Melbourne to Spend "A Week With Kiarostami"

TEHRAN, July 26 (Mehr News Agency) -- The 52nd Melbourne International Film Festival will hold a program titled "A Week With Kiarostami" to pay tribute to the Iranian prominent filmmaker Abbas Kiarostami.

A number of Kiarostami's films including "Taste of Cherry," "ABC Africa," "Close-Up," "Ten," "The Wind Will Take Us Away," and some of his short films will be on big screen at the festival until August 10. The festival began on July 23.
 
The other Iranian films such as "Iranian Spread" (Kianoush Ayyari), "Songs of My Motherland" (Bahman Qobadi), "Red Gold" (Ja'far Panahi), "Abandoned Station" (Alireza Raeissi), "And Along Came a Spider" (Maziar Bahari), and "Bound to Wait" (?) will be also screened at different sections of the festival.
