Upon his arrival, president Raeisi was welcomed by his Tajik counterpart Emomali Rahmon.
Expanding and deepening economic and political interactions with neighboring countries is on the agenda of this meeting.
President Raeisi’s visit to Dushanbe is being held at the official invitation of President Rahmon.
It is scheduled to sign several cooperation documents and hold a joint business and economic conference with the participation of the presidents of the two countries, as well as about 200 Iranian and Tajik economic activists and entrepreneurs.
