In continuation of his meetings in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of of the Islamic Republic of Iran, met and held talks with some high officials of Palestinian Hamas and Islamic Jihad Resistance movements.
In the meeting, the latest developments in Palestine and Gaza were discussed and opinions were exchanged.
The Palestinian officials participating in the meeting considered the Al-Aqsa Storm operation to be the natural reaction of the Palestinian nation's Resistance to the daily-based and continuous crimes committed by the Zionist regime, especially the extremist Netanyahu government against the Palestinian nation and the repeated assaults on the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque. They vowed that despite the war crimes committed by the usurping Zionist regime against the oppressed citizens of Gaza, the Palestinian resistance groups stand up against the regime's aggression with might and have very high strength, motivation and morale to continue the path of Resistance.
In this meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of our country also considered resistance as the inalienable right of the Palestinian people against the occupation.
Amir Abdollahian said: According to the admission of some Western officials, the Al-Aqsa storm proved that Palestine is alive and, contrary to some ideas, the issue of Palestine will not end with the normalization of the relations of some countries with the Zionist regime.
He added: Even Western countries share the opinion that Al-Aqsa storm was a response to Netanyahu's extremism.
In this meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of our country explained the diplomatic efforts of the Islamic Republic of Iran to end the war crimes of the Zionist regime against the people of Gaza and said: The Islamic Republic of Iran will continue its efforts.
In the meeting, the Iranian foreign minister considered Resistance as the inalienable right of the Palestinian people against the occupation.
Amir-Abdollahian said, "A some Western officials have admitted, the Al-Aqsa Storm operation proved that Palestine is alive and, contrary to some arguments, the issue of Palestine will not end with the normalization of the relations of some states with the Zionist regime."
He added that "even Western countries are of the same opinion that Al-Aqsa Storm was a response to Netanyahu's extremism."
The top Iranian diplomat further explained the diplomatic efforts on the part of the Islamic Republic of Iran to end the war crimes of the Zionist regime against the people of Gaza, declaring, "The Islamic Republic of Iran will continue its efforts."
