Four Hezbollah combatants martyred in Israeli strike

TEHRAN, Jan. 02 (MNA) – Lebanon’s Resistance movement Hezbollah has confirmed the martyrdom of four of its forces in the Israeli regime's attack on southern Lebanon.

According to Al-Ahed news agency, Hezbollah announced that Abdul Jalil Ali Hamza, a member of the Lebanese Resistance movement, was martyred while fighting for the liberation of the holy al-Quds city.

The martyr was dwelling in the village of Al-Khidr in the suburbs of Al-Biqa’ district in southern Lebanon.

Moreover, Hussein Ahmed Yahya known as Jawad, Musa Hassan Sheet known as Hadi, and Jihad Musa Sheet known as Abu Hussein, who all were living in the village of Kfarkela in southern Lebanon, were also martyred while fighting for this goal.

On Monday night, news media outlets reported that the Israeli regime once again pounded some areas in southern Lebanon in a missile strike.

The Israeli regime waged a bloody war against the Gaza Strip on October 7 after the Palestinian Resistance movement Hamas carried out a retaliatory attack, dubbed Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, against the occupying entity for its atrocities against Palestinians.

A day after that, Hezbollah and the Israeli regime have been exchanging sporadic fire.
