TEHRAN, Jan. 15 (MNA) – Adressing 4th 'RAISINA Dialogue 2020' in New Delhi, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif called for recreation of the coalition against ISIL because the current one is not playing the role it was formed to play. "The two people celebrating the death of Gen. Soleimani are ISIS and president Trump," he said.
