Iranian docs line up for Fajr festival

TEHRAN, Jan. 9 (MNA) -- Fourteen Iranian feature films will go on display at the Reality Eye, a section for documentary films at the 28th Fajr International Film Festival.

Farshad Ektesabi’s “The Empty Coffin”, Fima Emami’s “Missing Place of Mr. or Ms. F”, Masud Amini’s “The Memory Land”, Raskhshan Bani-Etemad’s “Empty Home of the Sun’s Yard” and Bahman Davari’s “Damp Silences” are some of the films.

Mohammad Shirvani’s “The Recipe”, Mohammad Khalilzadeh’s “Roots in Earth”, Manuchehr Tayyab’s “Zagros”, Elmira Moqaddam’s “The Fatigued Horseman is Riding”, Mehdi Moniri’s “Siva”, Rahim Mortezavand’s “The Heavenly Poet”, Mahmud Rahman’s “My Mother, Balut”, Ghazaleh Soltani’s “The Blue Sky” and Mehdi Khajeh-Hosseini’s “Havabas” will also go on screen at the festival.

The 28th edition of the festival will take place in Tehran from January 25 to February 4.
