Foreign ministers will discuss the ninth package of Russia sanctions that is set to place almost 200 more individuals and entities on the EU sanctions list.
They are also due to review new anti-Iranian sanctions over the alleged human rights abuses and the supply of drones to Russia.
This is while Iranian and Russian officials have repeatedly rejected the use of Iranian-made drones in Ukraine.
