Iranian, South African FMs discuss COVID-19 outbreak over phone

TEHRAN, Mar. 18 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif held a phone conversation with his South African counterpart Naledi Pandor on the developments of coronavirus spread.

While expressing her solidarity with the Iranian government and people, South African foreign minister voiced her readiness to boost bilateral cooperation in the fight against COVID-19.

Iranian Foreign Minister Zarif thanked her and emphasized the need for non-observing US unilateral and illegal sanctions against Iran.
