Iran now has linear parabolic solar power plant technology

TEHRAN, Aug. 25 (MNA) – The managing director of the Iran’s New Energies Organization announced here on Saturday that Iran has mastered the technology of building linear parabolic solar power plant by building one in Shiraz.

Talking to MNA, Yussef Armudeli added that Iran has acquired the know-how abreast with other countries like Germany, Spain, and the U.S., announcing that India and Germany are jointly building a similar power plant in India.

He blamed inexperience in designing and producing the fitments for the three-year delay in the project.
