Mohammad Javad Zarif made the remarks in a ceremony to celebrate the arrival of New Year in Iran which was attended by foreign ambassadors residing in Tehran on Monday.
He further expressed hope that Iranian scientists will be able to contain the COVID-19 pandemic in near future.
