TEHRAN, Nov. 13 (MNA) – South Khorasan province is considered as the largest saffron producing region in Iran. Saffron is mainly cultivated in southern and central cities of this province including Torbat-e Heydarieh, Torbat-e Jam, Zaveh, Kashmar, etc.
