Ahmadinejad opens Foreign Ministry’s digital library

TEHRAN, Apr. 1 (MNA) -- State Foreign Ministry’s digital library started operationally in the presence of Iranian President Mahmud Ahmadinejad here on Tuesday.

A total of 500 volumes of books can be stored in digital formats and accessible by computers at the library.

 

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Ahmadinejad called the project a good opportunity for dissemination of the Islamic Revolution’s thoughts and views in different languages to the world. 

 

He referred to Tehran’s prominent position in the world and praised the ministry’s tremendous efforts to introduce Iran to the world.

 

Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki, a number of deputy ministers, and other ministry officials attended the ceremony.
