The MP jacket along with the deck and the buttresses of Bahregansar Oilfield built at the Qaem Yard of Iranian Offshore Engineering and Construction Co. (IOEC) were loaded on the Dahr-10 barge and were successfully transported and installed at the offshore oilfield, he noted.
The PP Jacket (Production Platform) and LQ Jacket (Living Quarter) Were delivered by the Bahregan-5 barge and are being installed at the oilfield, the fax said adding that the buttresses of the LQ jacket were loaded on the Danial-2 barge.
Other parts of the platforms are being prepared for loading and transporting to the site, they will be installed at the platforms later, the report added.
Production capacity of Bahregansar Oilfield is 60,000 barrels per day (bpd) and oil transfer from the field platforms to the mainland is carried out through a 16-inch pipeline.
