Intl. aerospace expo. kicks off in Tehran

TEHRAN, Nov. 28 (MNA) – The 8th International Aviation & Space Industries Exhibition of Iran got on way in Tehran on Tuesday morning.

The eighth edition of the event is attended by nine foreign and several domestic companies and knowledge-based firms active in aviation and space field.

Underway at Tehran Aerospace Exhibition Center, the 8th Iranian aerospace exhibition will run through December 01, 2017.

Knowledge-based companies in the private sector alongside companies and organizations affiliated with the Iranian Ministry of Defense, Armed Forces and the Iran Aviation Industries Organization (IAIO) are showcasing their latest achievements in various arenas like overhaul as well as production of aviation parts and equipment.

Representatives from Russia, China, Turkey, Croatia, Austria, Germany, Tunisia, India and Malaysia are participating at the international exhibition and cooperation agreement are expected to be inked between domestic and foreign firms.

On the sidelines of the event, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), lightweight aircraft, engineering and repairing equipment as well as scores of knowledge-based products in the field of aerospace and defense will be exhibited at the international event.

The 8th International Aviation & Space Industries Exhibition of Iran will present a unique opportunity to showcase products, technologies and services to an informed target audience and to demonstrate a marketing presence in the area of aviation and space.

As such, the Iranian aerospace exhibition will be a valuable opportunity for decision-makers to be informed and for exhibitors to connect with their customers.
