TEHRAN, Mar. 09 (MNA) – Iran’s Islamic Azad University and Damascus University have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide the grounds for expanding educational and academic interactions between the two countries.

The MoU was signed by Acting President of Islamic Azad University Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi and Syrian Higher Education Minister Bassam Bashir Ibrahim on Saturday with the aim of boosting mutual scientific collaboration and academic exchanges.

Heading an academic delegation, Tehrnchi has held separate talks with senior academic officials at the Arab country over scaling the scope of academic and scientific cooperation between the two sides.
