TEHRAN, Dec. 13 (MNA) – Chief of Staff of Iranian president, Mahmoud Vaezi, left Tehran for Ankara on Thursday to hold meetings and talks with senior Turkish officials.

Heading a high-ranking politico-economic delegation, Vaezi is scheduled to meet with senior figures of the neighboring state to confer on opportunities for further cooperation in the political and economic fields.

During his visit, Vaezi will also discuss the provisions and grounds for Iranian President Hassan Rouhani’s upcoming visit to Turkey, who is set to attend a joint meeting with Turkey’s president and ministers.
