Lake Urmia sees 68 cm rise in water level

TEHRAN, Feb. 21 (MNA) – Lake Urmia has recorded a 62 to 68-centimeter increase in water level compared with last year, marking a noticeable improvement, though officials warn the lake remains significantly below its long-term average.
