Iran vows heavy price for Israel on attacking infrastructures

TEHRAN, Mar. 28 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has reacted to targeting Iranian infrastructures by the Israeli regime, vowing heavy price for the Israeli crimes against the country's vital infrastructures.

“Israel has hit 2 of Iran’s largest steel factories, a power plant and civilian nuclear sites among other infrastructure. Israel claims it acted in coordination with the US” Araghchi wrote on his X account on Friday.

“Attack contradicts POTUS extended deadline for diplomacy,” he added, warning, “Iran will exact HEAVY price for Israeli crimes.”

Earlier, Akbar Salehi, the deputy governor of Isfahan for security and law enforcement affairs, had said that US-Israeli aggressors attacked Mobarakeh Steel Company in a way that part of the complex was damaged.
According to eyewitnesses, workers and engineers were working there at the time of the attack.

Isfahan’s Mobarakeh Steel Company is Iran’s largest producer of steel and iron products, manufacturing a variety of items including construction metal materials, auto parts, galvanized containers, agricultural equipment, shipbuilding materials, and similar products.
