IRGC Navy’s statement warns Saudi vessels

TEHRAN, Oct. 05 (MNA) – IRGC Navy has issued statement where it warns Saudi vessels participating in a marine drill not to approach Iran’s waters.

The statement reportedly addresses the ‘maneuverings and provocative movements of warships and vessels of some countries’ in the Persian Gulf and Sea of Oman during Saudi-organized drills; “the IRGC firmly believes the putative military drill is a clear example of provocative action and hit the enduring stability in the Persian Gulf; as such, we believe that no vessel and ship participating in the drill are not eligible to approach international waters near Iran’s territorial waters, since we see the movement by no means harmless, but seeking evil intentions,” said the statement, addressed to all Saudi vessels and ships.

“The IRGC and Army Navies are in state of high alert to provide the waters security and stability and will immediately respond any action which targets the security in the Persian Gulf and Sea of Oman,” it warned in earnest.
