TEHRAN, Jun. 20 (MNA) – News sources reported that a car bomb exploded on Monday morning in Afghanistan's Nangarhar, leaving casualties.

The blast, which took place in a market, killed two people and injured 28 others, including five Afghan security forces, according to Tolo News.

The vehicle was carrying a provincial official and the explosion was caused by a magnetic mine planted in the car.

No groups or individuals have yet claimed responsibility for the incident.
