Maria Zakharova made the announcement at a weekly news conference at the Russian Foreign Ministry on Thursday.
She added that more details about the meeting between the Foreign Ministers of Iran and Russia will be announced later.
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will leave Tehran to Moscow on Monday night to visit with his Russian counterpart.
