QAZVIN, May 15 (MNA) – People of Qazvin province performed the rites and rituals of the Night of Decree (Laylat al-Qadr) by fully observing health protocols amid COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the Holy Quran, the Night of Decree is better than a thousand months put together.
