TEHRAN, Jan. 15 (MNA) – Iran launched Payam Satellite late Monday, but the device failed to reach the necessary speed to enter into the orbit. Designed and developed by experts of Amirkabir University of Technology, Payam was aimed to carry out imagery and telecommunication missions.
